My novel, Rebecca of Ivanhoe, is now available for preorder on Amazon, Bookshop, Barnes & Noble and wherever books are sold online. It is a sequel to Sir Walter Scott’s Ivanhoe, which tells the story of a knight in medieval England who rescues a beautiful Jewish healer from being burned alive as a witch. Rebecca and her father flee to Spain, and my novel takes up Rebecca’s life as a healer in 12th century Spain, a tumultuous time for Jews caught between the Moors and Christians battling for control of the country. Rebecca of Ivanhoe will be released Nov. 19 and you can preorder a copy now. For more about the novel, please visit my website, alison-bass.com
